MyTeller

Concept development, System design

MyTeller is a customized ATM service designed for the NCR Student Competition, autumn 2012. The brief was “To make an ATM that the user would cross the street to use”. MyTeller changes the ATM interface into a personalized experience. ATMs are in constant use by different users, and the average Scottish population withdraw money more than twice a week. The customization allows for an increased relationship with the device, as well as a safer and faster transaction. The user can for example set their language and choose their welcome screen. By slightly angling the lower part of the ATM, I also prevent people from leaving wallets etc. behind.

The users can costumize their ATM experience at any time.
